Mass Care Link, Inc. is a Massachusetts-based healthcare program that helps adult foster caregivers access financial assistance and qualify to receive the support they need to care for loved ones at home.
When partners Aneudy Gonzalez and Dev Arora founded Mass Care Link, they reached out to us in need of a visual identity and a voice to communicate their service and value. We created a brand that stands out amongst their competitors with a professional but personal tone to target their dual audience: patients and professional caretakers. As their company has grown, we have helped to evolve their website into a marketing tool which has increased quality leads and has saved their internal team time by weeding out non-qualified candidates as well as facilitating communication between MCL and its clients. Analyzing their existing Google Adwords campaign, we helped derived a plan for MCL to get more bang for their buck than what they were already running. With in-depth keyword research, a strategic paid search campaign, and lead-generating site design, we have helped increase their monthly leads from 3–5 to about 20–30!
